Computational Cosmos
The bee completes the flower’s circuitry,
the flow of data passed through branching paths
from roots to leaves on life’s genetic tree,
returned as seeds of futures made of past,
mathematic rolls of dice that slice the now,
the present moment holding quantum choice,
the essence of existence and of how
this universe’s edge extends its voice.
The fungal network too communes with plants
and countless ants, bacteria, and worms,
all crunching biochemicals entranced
by cyclic dances of an earth that turns
in pirouettes of algorithmic tides,
enabling growth that morphs and multiplies.
Mike dives into the commonplace and everyday to illustrate how it relates to the flow of energy that sustains this cosmic dance we call universe and universe calls life. So it is and so it will 🐝
